Evidence
She had examined the evidence time and time again. Any way she looked at things, it all came out the same. It was time for her to leave. She'd tried everything to salvage her relationship, she'd written and rewritten the pro and con lists, she'd even tried to convince herself that it was all in her mind, but no matter how much she wanted things to be otherwise, they weren't. Tonight, she was going to have to break off the wedding. If only it wasn't tomorrow.
She hated herself for the timing.
(Note, I added a bit to one of the middle sentences. Oneword is awesome, but so is editing...)
(I like how nicely this can go along with my original post for "feathered." Completely unintentional, but probably related to the soap opera that is my roommates.)
